Nice staff

Imagine this...Christmas day...you want to take the kids out for a treat and the app says this Starbucks closes at 5pm. You get there at 405pm...you make it inside the starbucks...only to be told to go back to your car and go through the drive through because they are "closed" inside. Umm usually when someone is closed inside the door is locked. And also If you are going to close early then how about a sign so that people don't waste their time. Thanks for ruining my childrens day...not returning to this Starbucks...they are rude and inconsiderate.

Had to wait almost 5 minutes before someone came to take my order..Placed my order...asked the cashier didnt she need my name...NO....walked away...sat for almost 10 minutes while they called other peoples name...finally went up and my drink was just sitting there...shm...

This particular Starbucks inside crossroad plaza deer valley, is fairly new and supposedly better than any existing Starbucks. I purchased the Iced Guava White Tea with lemonade, and I saw the barista dilute the lemonade with water and worst they didn't mixed it well and I didn't taste the lemonade at all (and I don't think they should add water into lemonade). Idk whether they should dilute the lemonade with water or not, but the amount of water they add is way more than the lemonade itself. And that's cheating!!! We had to pay extra for drink with lemonade but taste nothing like lemonade.

Staff only focused on drive-thru orders, totally forgets mobile orders

The customer service and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. I was having a problem with my Starbucks app and the staff got me squared away in no time and I was able to order and use it with no more problems. I love the service and professionalism of the staff.

Best tasting Starbucks around It's nice to be able to get my coffee and it's what it should be!AND be In and out! For some reason I came here and my coffees are just a little bit better than other Starbucks, even a little stronger. I support our youth an think it's great to employ them but sometimes I don't want to deal with a bunch of over-caffeinated bubble headed idiots- this Starbucks has great service and are very professional
